KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Kitchen Standards : Maintain high standards of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness in the kitchen, adhering to company expectations.

Staff Training : Assist in coaching and developing junior team members as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring they receive proper training in line with company and statutory procedures.

Communication : Actively facilitate communication between Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) staff, particularly when managing the pass.

Development & Guidance : Provide ongoing training for the BOH team, supporting the development of new and existing staff to meet kitchen standards.

Food Safety : Ensure all kitchen staff follow ours Standard and comply with the food safety program. Review data collected through Jolt and manage all occupational health and safety (OHS) aspects of the kitchen.

Audits & Inspections : Work towards achieving high scores in all audits and inspections by maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with fellow managers to maximize the success of the restaurant as both an individual business and a valued member of the Oh My Papa group.
